The list of festivals canceled due to COVID-19 continues to grow, in a delusional and unpredictable era of the electronic music scene in the world.
The Las Vegas EDC has announced in recent days the date of change from May to October, the Ultra Festival in Miami has been postponed for the year, the Psy-Trance Festival “Boom” has been postponed to August, and Burning-Man is in question.
All this comes through the guidelines of the authorities that try in every way possible to prevent the spread of the corona virus.
Reports by news sites across Belgium report that authorities have instructed to cancel all summer events in Belgium, all cities including the town “Boom” have canceled all festivals and shows for the summer of 2020.
A few days ago, the mayor of Boom, where Tomorrowland is taking place, claimed that it was time to “stop it here”. There is currently no official statement from the authorities on the matter.
Producers of the TOMORROWLAND festival are trying to maintain optimism in this delusional reality.
